By accessing elevate.com or booking a session with ELEVATE GmbH ("ELEVATE", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
ELEVATE provides private mental health mentoring and related retreat programs. Services are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Bookings and Payment
Session and retreat bookings are confirmed once payment or a deposit is received, as specified at time of booking. Pricing is shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
5. Not Medical Treatment
ELEVATE's mentoring services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on elevate.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by ELEVATE GmbH and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ELEVATE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of München.
